Yes! ByteDesk supports direct migration from most major marketing platforms. Our migration wizard handles contacts, email templates, and automation workflows. For complex migrations, our team can assist free of charge.

Sub-accounts are separate workspaces within your ByteDesk account. Agencies use them to manage multiple clients, each with their own contacts, funnels, and campaigns. The Starter plan includes 3 sub-accounts, while Professional and Enterprise offer unlimited.

ByteDesk bills monthly or annually, depending on your preference. Annual billing saves up to 20%. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Absolutely. ByteDesk uses bank-grade encryption (AES-256), SOC 2 Type II compliance, and regular third-party security audits. Your data is stored in redundant, geographically distributed data centers.

Phone support is available for Professional and Enterprise customers during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM EST). All plans include email and live chat support with average response times under 2 hours.

Enterprise plan customers can fully white-label the platform, including desktop and mobile apps, under their own brand. This includes custom domains, logos, colors, and email sender addresses.
